Job description
This role will provide direct support to the operations and implementation of the Enterprise-wide digital health implementation and support program (including specialty care, 24x7 on-demand, other telehealth and all MyChart/Patient Portal application) to drive the adoption and utilization of telemedicine.which includes working with vendors, leadership, providers, and other staff/ teams as applicable. This role requires a customer-focused, data-driven, organized, innovative, tech-savvy, and passionate communicator who strives to help patients, clinicians and healthcare team members effectively engage in a variety of digital health services.
This role will also be responsible for the coordination, implementation and the maintenance of the technology supporting the Digital Health operations. Other duties include working with Leadership to assist in defining strategic direction of Digital Health initiatives and will be responsible for implementing and operationalizing projects related to those decisions.

Position Responsibilities
- Proactively supports providers and staff for upcoming digital health initiatives, including support for possible technical issues
- Provides assistance to internal and external users, including vendors, patients and families, and answers questions or resolves digital health related problems for clients in person or electronically
- Supports all digital health operations including the maintenance, development, and tracking activities for the telehealth and other patient portal programs to increase utilization and expansion of clinical services across the continuum of care through telehealth channels.
- and the creation of content for staff end-user training, assisting with the dissemination of staff end-user training materials, to proactively minimize the number of service desk requests and improve efficiency
- Engages internal and external teams to monitor utilization for opportunities of improvement and maximizing services
- Understanding of clinical governing bodies and current legislation regarding digital health practices
- Configure and optimize operation of digital health technology and peripheral medical devices. Ensure operational 24/7
- Maintain inventory of all technical equipment supporting digital health operations
- Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by employee's supervisor.
Position Requirements
- One year of training beyond high school required
- Minimum of one year experience required
