O'Neill Media is a growth agency that owns a portfolio of 7-figure e-commerce brands and also helps other brands with their online growth.

We are currently hiring a paid advertising manager who can oversee the growth of all media channels. Currently, our primary media channels are Facebook, Tiktok, and Google. As we grow and bring on more talent we will start exploring other channels more aggressively.

We keep our enviorment very fun, creative and upbeat. No bad vibes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation and optimization of paid media campaigns, driving maximum ROI across digital channels, including paid search, paid social, retargeting and video.
  • Responsible for strategic planning and budget allocations of awareness, prospecting and retargeting campaigns that align with marketing goals, brand positioning and e-commerce objectives.
  • Writes and presents creative briefs for internal content team to develop assets needed for campaigns, and subsequent optimizations.
  • Generate and share monthly paid media reports detailing KPIs for past and ongoing campaigns.
  • Create and execute ongoing testing strategies to constantly optimize campaign performance.
  • Recommend channel and audience-specific spending allocations across both top-of-funnel prospecting and lower-funnel retargeting campaigns.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok ads and Meta Ads best practices, while continuing to recommend new platforms and channels for greater overall reach and improved conversions.
  • Partner with prospective agency and reporting platforms to monitor performance and provide direction for campaign optimizations.
  • Write engaging and impactful search and social ad copy that aligns with brand attributes and target audiences.
  • As an digital marketing manager, you are an expert in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on company websites and eCommerce marketplaces/platforms
  • You other duties include managing site development and updates
  • Collaborating to collect necessary content to use for each product or service offering
  • Ensuring that the brand message and goals align with the rest of the company
  • You keep a promotions calendar, track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data, and use your findings to improve on overall strategies
  • Work closely with Ecommerce specialists to ensure all eCommerce needs are met, optimizations are based on research and data-driven
  • Analyze results and identify wins, losses, and trends, and effectively communicate those findings
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure all sites content matches brand identity/voice, strategic direction, and promotional activity
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

Experience Desired:

  • Managed budgets of over $100k per month
  • Experience in managing an online direct to consumer business
  • Google Analytics & Google ads - 1 year minimum
  • Tiktok Business Manager - 1 year minimum
  • Meta Business Manager - 1 year minimum
  • Snapchat Business Manager
  • Pintrest Business Manager
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing for consumer goods
  • Self-motivated with exacting attention to detail, deadlines, reporting, and can work independently
  • Understanding of eCommerce metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and maintain strong professional relationships with team members
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt and learn new strategies, software and take on additional roles within a fast-growing company.

Job Type: Full-time

We would like most of the work to be done in office but we are very flexible with this.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (We would like whoever hired to be proactive and keep an eye on ads over the weekend)

Pay: Base salary + commission
