Digital Marketing Specialist - Life Enriching Communities

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the LEC corporate image is maintained on all digital platforms at all times. This position supports the organization’s online presence and digital strategy while engaging with customers through digital media; this includes keeping current with campus activities for content generation, ensuring applicable authorizations for all photos/information used, and collaborating with associates/teams within the organization for content generation. The Specialist maintains content calendar across all platforms and organizes and manages digital marketing campaigns. An understanding of business social media platforms and posting is essential for this role. This position also creates search-optimized content as well as graphics for digital platforms. This position requires knowledge of branding concepts and an ability to take an idea from concept to execution.
Here's the kind of things you'd do:
  • Monitor web and digital metrics to track performance of content and optimize to improve conversions
  • Propose solutions to automate digital processes to increase efficiencies
  • Identify digital opportunities across all platforms
  • Build digital campaigns using marketing automation tools
  • Create search-optimized content as well as graphics for digital platforms
  • Performs other functions as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed.

Required Education and Experience
  • Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) Digital Marketing background.
  • Understanding of digital technologies, their use and metrics.
  • Systems and Software:
    • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, AOD, REPS)
    • Microsoft Office proficiency
    • E-mail marketing campaign software, such as Constant Contact
    • Knowledge of inbound marketing CMS (HubSpot)
  • Proven ability to work independently, under pressure, and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in spelling.
  • Ability to take photos for digital use.
  • Previous experience in healthcare industry, preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
