Job Details

The Digital Performance Marketing Specialist will work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team. They will be responsible for driving digital sales across pull marketing journeys for the full portfolio of products.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • The role will be responsible for driving conversions at optimal costs per acquisition.
  • Convert content marketing journeys into digital leads and sales across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Identify and maximise conversion moments and lead generation opportunities and develop and deploy harvesting techniques.
  • Develop and oversee performance marketing and Social Media Advertising campaigns.
  • Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive return on ad spend.
  • Co-ordinate activity between the Digital Marketing team and the Marketing Communications team to maximise the impact and performance of lead gen campaigns.
  • Leverage data to understand and track acquisition performance across campaigns.
  • Work closely with Vhi’s Web and App teams to track the performance of campaigns and initiatives.



The successful candidate must have:
  • The primary KPIs are sales and leads generated.
  • Return on digital ad spend.
  • Delivery of regular campaign performance reports.
  • Brand development and ad tracking metrics.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure appropriate tracking is in place for campaigns.
  • Ensure key stakeholders are well informed regarding key performance indicator trends.
  • End-to-end direct response campaign management and delivery expertise.
  • Content and brand marketing expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of conversion moments, lead generation and harvesting.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Holds a third level qualification in marketing communications or equivalent.
  • Has 3+ years’ experience working in performance marketing roles.
  • Is passionate about digital marketing and has a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Extremely thorough with flawless attention to detail.
  • Builds strong relationships and likes to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, enjoys stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working with ad agencies is essential.
