SUMMARY To deliver Room Service orders to the appropriate room in a hospitable and timely manner by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

· Maintain a POSITIVE attitude.

· Garnishes and decorates dishes preparatory to serving.

· Ladles soup, tosses salads, portions pies and desserts, brews coffee, and performs other services as determined by hotel’s size and practices.

· Deliver Room Service orders to the appropriate room in a timely manner.

· Do all assigned sidework.

· Report gratuities within company guidelines and federal law.

· Maintain PCH Hotels & Resorts service standards.
