Your Server duties and responsibilities include:
Before, Between and After Dining Hours
- Ensure dining room and service area is cleaned per procedure and free of debris
- Ensure ample supply of flatware is clean and placed according to expectations
- Review the day’s menu and speak with chef/sous chef’s regarding interesting information regarding foods offered
- Know the resident’s diets and likes and dislikes
- Ensure the dishes and dish area are cleaned
During Dining Hours
- Welcome and greet residents and guests
- Communicate daily specials and any menu changes
- Take food and beverage orders from residents and guests, and communicate their order to the chef/sous chef for preparation
- Monitor resident and guest dining experience to ensure we have exceeded their expectations
