Sugarbush Living provides assisted living, memory, hospice, and respite care in a comfortable homelike environment for our residents. We currently operate four 6 bed residential communities and one 14 room community in the Flint area. Our team of resident caregivers are an essential part of the caregiving team tasked with the care and well-being of our residents throughout our communities.

The Resident Aide assist residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident care plan, including, but not limited to:

- Personal care

- Medication passing

- Meal preparation

- Housekeeping

- Laundry

- Behavior management

- Socialization

- Activities

This position requires sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction. As a Resident Aide, you are a member of the Sugarbush Team, led by your team lead or manager. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour
