If so, we have the perfect job for you! We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team.
As a DSP, you will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen a variety of skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and creativity. You will learn to provide individualized support and care to meet the unique needs of each person. You will participate in activities such as side by side riding, movie nights, and community events, all while building lasting relationships with those you serve.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene, meal preparation, taking medication, brushing their teeth.
- Provide companionship and support during recreational activities, such as side by side riding, movies, and community events.
- Help individuals by going to in community activities and events.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward goals.
- Attend training and meetings as required.
Qualifications:
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Ability to pass a background check.
-Must be 18 years old
-A clean, valid New York State driver's license,
-Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $17.00 - $27.53 per hour
