GROUP HOME 3PM TO 11PM AND 11PM TO 7AM and EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT HOUR AND SHIFT BASED ON THE INDIVIDUAL’s NEEDS.

Two position types available: At in residential group home.
Position is considered essential personnel and selected candidates must be willing to work extra shifts on occasion.
Provide supervision, support and skill building activities to individual who are intellectually disabled in our residential and day service setting.
- Residential Services-Selected candidates will engage with individuals in a 24/7 setting. Currently available: 1. Full-time 7am-3pm and 3pm to 11pm. Includes every other weekend. 2. Part-time 7am to 3pm, every other weekend, 3pm to 11pm (includes everyother weekend) and 11pm to 7am (includes every other weekend). For Chuckatuck location candidate must have a vehicle.
- Group Day: Selected candidates will engage with individuals in group day. Commumity activities involved. 1 Full-time 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Community Engagement - Selected Candidates will engage with individuals community settings. Candidate must have a vehicle. Community Engagement: Full-time and Part-time. Day and evening hours. Work schedule based on the needs of the individual.
Required: High school diploma or GED.
Required: Valid driver’s license. TB screening/skin test.
Required Trainings:
- New Hire On-Boarding,
- DSP Orientation
- CPR/First Aid,
- Therapeutic Options,
- Human Rights/HCBS,
- Documentation, and 32 hour
- Medication Administration Training. Company will provide trainings, if needed.
Criminal background check and valid driver's license required
