Job Qualifications

The minimum requirements are a high school diploma or GED, minimum age requirement 20 years, functional literacy in math and reading and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must also have a satisfactory criminal, driving and employment history per the CSI Personnel Policy. An Associate’s degree in a related field of study is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• The ability to physically assist people out of a structure in the event of an emergency.
• Communicate effectively using English both verbally and in writing
• Sufficient strength to lift up to 50 pounds for intermittent/ occasional periods and as necessary.
• Sufficient dexterity to operate standard business equipment and other specialized equipment
• Vision for everyday reading and the ability to drive.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs
• The ability as necessary to physically restrain individuals who could be a risk of danger to themselves or others
• Reach and bend at the waist, kneel on the floor and twist without restrictions

• A current MA driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier are required along with an acceptable criminal background history.
