The Role

Are you interested in leading a fast-paced operational team tasked with protecting our customer's assets and Fidelity's reputation? The Fraud Surveillance group, within Legal Risk and Compliance’s Financial Intelligence Unit, is seeking a new leader for our Merrimack based team of fraud analysts and managers.

The Value You Deliver

• Operational responsibility for a highly motivated team of analysts and managers, tasked with reviewing potential fraud incidents, collecting the evidence, protecting the customer, and initiating the asset recovery process
• Recruiting, managing and mentoring Analysts, Sr. Analysts, Managers and Senior Managers
• Leading major fraud incidents and communicating the facts to LRC leadership
• Communicating fraud surveillance capabilities and the latest fraud trends to our business partners and advocating for strong business controls
• Working directly with partners from legal and the business to assess reimbursement claims under the Fidelity Customer Guarantee
• Collaborating with Fidelity Fraud Customer Response and At-Risk Fraud Support teams
• Influencing operational policies & procedures
  

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Previous Risk/Supervisory/Compliance/Fraud/Anti-Money Laundering experience a plus
• Detailed knowledge of brokerage operations
• FINRA Series 7 & 24 or 9/10 required
  

The Team

Fraud Surveillance is part of Legal Risk and Compliance’s Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and plays a critical, front-line role in the protection of Fidelity assets from account takeover, account owner fraud and Identity theft. Fraud Surveillance Analysts are currently located in Merrimack, Westlake and Covington and work hand-in-hand with FIU’s Cyber Fraud Fusion Center and Investigation Teams as well as business partners across the enterprise.
