Reporting to the Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO), this position is accountable for the leadership, direction, and oversight of the Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure, IT Support services, and the IT End User Device services. Responsible for contributing to the strategic planning and tactical execution for IT technology. Accountable for assuring integration of IT practices, activities and services across the division. Accountable for the development of plans and budgets for the departments, incident management, executing IT service, access management, and supporting the service lifecycle from a technical perspective. This position requires creativity and innovation in setting goals, prioritizing projects and managing relationships among various key stakeholders.

This position responsibilities include working with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production. Develop and manage annual budgets. Manage strategic vendor and technology partner relationships. Manage IT resource allocation, goal/KPI setting, and performance metrics. Define the company's overall technology strategy to support business objectives. Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions, as well as managing all technical delivery. Ensure tight collaboration across departments to drive strategic initiatives, including understanding of the alignment between technology strategy and various technology road maps. Create strategic plans and set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) discipline, or related field. Master's degree is preferred. Minimum five (5) years progressively responsible experience in a leadership role (IT experience preferred). Preference given to those with experience who have demonstrated a mastery of the job content through success in multiple organizations. Consulting experience may qualify. Candidate should have served in a leadership role providing expertise in IT tactical and development strategies; implementation of organization approved projects pertaining to applications, programming, interfaces and redesigned workflows. Candidate should have a demonstrated and thorough understanding of hospital operations; interdepartmental practices, change management and workflow analysis.

POSITION DETAILS: Full time exempt level

PAY RANGE: $71.61 - $96.25
