Must have:

BSN with Oklahoma licensure.

ACLS, PALS, CPR

2+ years successful acute care leadership experience

Dynamism, energy, & enthusiasm

Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Have:

CMSRN, MSN-BC, RN-BC, or equivalent Nursing Certification

MSN or Master's Degree in a healthcare related field

Experience with Meditech

Experience with SAP

Track record of community service

Enthusiastic understanding of Studer, Maxwell, et.al.

Description:

Develops and maintains timely clinical competencies through continuing education. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates staff member competencies though PI projects, patient care outcomes, customer satisfaction surveys, etc. Assists in the achievement of the financial and operational objectives of the hospital. Compliance is required with EEOC regulations, Federal, State, and Labor Laws and Regulations, and the Code of Conduct. Fully participates in the recruiting and retention of staff.

Participates and leads in Service Excellence Programs to improve patient care, employee, physician, and community satisfaction. Participates and leads in hospital wide and unit specific performance projects.

Essential Functions:

Provides dynamic, enthusiastic, proactive leadership.

Identifies existing and potential problems, and seek or implement appropriate solutions.

Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer

medication. Documents patient care given.

ProvideS nursing care through planning, organizing, and facilitating the nursing function for assigned patients.

Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.

Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families.

Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,145.49 - $134,880.79 per year
