Job Description:

This is a marketing position Working with a Staffing Coordinator this position will lead the agency, and supervise the staffing coordinator, and build hours for the company.

Remote supervision, complete corporate support.

• This position will Market Facilities, Assited Living Communities, Hospitals, Rehabilitations, etc.
• This Position MUST have Home Care Marketing experience
• This position has an amazing Bonus structure

Working Directly with the Support Team , You will hire and train Caregivers, and open the startup agency, work with a staffing assistant to create build Brand recognition and Excellence in Service.

Bonus and profit share after 400 hours and ongoing. Must be an Organized and Detail oriented Home Care Operations or Marketing Professional ready to go to the next level.

• Ability to hire and conduct assessments

• Home Care experience
• Understanding of Staffing and Home Care Operations

• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude in presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,812.00 - $85,716.00 per year
