Job description
The primary responsibilities of the role include:
- Obtain business requirements, formulating functional and technical specifications and implementing these specifications in Domo and other applications from a variety of source systems.
- Provide technical and functional leadership in Domo and other reporting applications.
- Participate in all aspects of application development lifecycle of data and analytics including analysis, design, development, testing and documentation.
- Test and validate software reports, dashboards, views based on business needs.
- Manage and maintain proper change and version control within Domo and all systems.
- Configure and maintain Domo, Tableau, Power BI and other applications.
- Creating and configuring Domo Forms and Reports
- Integrate various technologies into Domo with integrated tools and applications including MES and machine systems and PLC's.
- Provide support for reporting and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Technical and Functional knowledge of Domo.
- Suite Script 1.0, 2.0, Netsuite workflows, Advanced templates and forms
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar discipline preferred.
- 3+ years experience with Domo administration/development
- Ability to understand high-level business/operational requirements and write solutions that are appropriate for them
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience with ERP system modules including financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Projects, foreign currency, EFT, multi-subsidiary accounting, inventory, order fulfillment, etc.)
- Extensive experience with NetSuite customization, building advanced workflows, saved searches and reports
- Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks
- Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements, changing situations and learn new technologies
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Previous formal Domo, Tableau, and Power BI experience and Functional Training
- Expertise in Manufacturing, Financials, CRM,
- Performance maintenance and oversight in reporting and Data warehouses.
- Reporting expertise and functional use of forms, workflows, and Suite Scripts, and SQL and Python.
- Integration and maintenance connections to Data Warehouses.
