You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the clinics through strategic planning, improvement activities, policy creation, budgeting ($2.5-3M), staffing, and navigating and nurturing relationships with staff, providers, contemporaries and the community, among other activities necessary to succeed. You’ll need to make business decisions based on data, organizational goals and other considerations. As the leader, you’ll get to share in the joy of showcasing your employees’ accomplishments and you’ll be the resource to help them with issues that affect their work. Ideally, our new leader will reinvigorate our team’s passion for serving others.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management related program
• 5+ years of experience in an operational healthcare management related role
