As the Director of Clinical Services, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Site Administrator and clinical teams to contribute to that mission. These passionate team members will depend on you to maintain clear communication on patient, personnel, and service management and to be a reliable go-to problem solver.

On an average day, you will

• Collaborate with Aide/CNA Coordinators to develop, implement, and monitor Hospice Aide/CNA training, charting, and competency programs;
• Act as site leader in Site Administrators absence
• Orchestrate interdisciplinary assessment, development, communication, management, documentation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans
• Proactively interview, hire, and onboard compassionate and skilled clinical team members to ensure staffing levels meet patient census levels and Brighton growth objectives;
• Organize team member schedules, assignments, and referrals of clinical team members
• And perform additional, related duties as needed
