Duties: What you will do:
- Overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations
- Manage and guide the clinical team – RNs, LPNs, CNAs etc.
- Develop in-service and continuing education programs
- Coordinate and schedule patient care
- Conduct quality assurance audits
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with organization goals, policies and procedures
- Assist with nursing visits if needed
- Develop relationships with referrals sources in the healthcare community
- Assist in hiring and evaluating clinical staff
Requirements: What you need to have:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
- Minimum 2 year of hospice experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Great leadership and managerial skills
- Utmost compassion and integrity
