Paul Davis Restoration of Montgomery & Berks Counties is part of a national franchise organization that provides services to clean up and repair damage to commercial, residential and institutional structures due to storm, fire, mold, water or other disasters. Paul Davis was founded in 1966 and is a rapidly growing network consisting of 300+ franchises, all independently owned and operated. We are hiring a Director of Commercial Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior B2B experience, must be a strong relationship builder, and will know how to lead a team. Must be extremely growth driven.

Responsibilities:
- Sales to Property Managers, Facility Managers and Industrial Customers by initiating, developing and growing commercial maintenance relationships
- Prospecting, cold calling, and field networking to seek new business
- Develop and maintain our current business accounts
- Participate in networking/industry events and tradeshows
- Diligent customer follow-up & follow through
- On-going commitment to sales goals
- Win sales commitments with new customers in a competitive market
- Grow revenue from existing accounts and relationships
- Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for Goal Setting & Review with Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance
- B2B, commercial sales experience
- Leadership experience
- History of accomplishments and promotions
- Goal oriented, organized and energetic
- Excited about performance-based pay
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships
- Patience and perseverance to pursue sales cycle

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
