Director of Coordination
Job description
Seeking an individual experienced in homecare coordination for the position of Director of Coordination. Position would entail direct oversight of and day to day management of the coordination department.
Annual compensation: $100,000-$115,000, must have 3 years in a supervisory role specifically in coordination of homecare services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the management and operations of the coordination department
- Mentor, train and support the department as needed to ensure exceptional customer service
- Be a leader in conflict resolution and intervene as needed to resolve problems, ensuring all client service needs and requirements are met
- Act as a liaison between the agency and affiliated facilities we serve
- Ensure clock ins and on-call dashboard are being monitored and handled appropriately
- Reviews pre-billing reports
- Ensure department is checking electronic medical records system daily and dealing with calendar/schedule changes for nall employees
- Understands and uses incident reports per Company guidelines.
- Understands the patient census and ensure the department is scheduling aides accordingly
- Contacts vendors for purposes of hospitalizations, holds, discharges etc.
