Director of Customer Service

• Assist Central Admissions with providing daily census, bed availability, completing background checks on new admissions, alert building management of incoming admissions and ensure patient rooms are ready for arrival
• Greet all new admissions and their families upon arrival
• Follow up on short-term residents/resident family members to assess satisfaction from the customer service standpoint and report any needs that require management attention
• Complete facility survey within 72 hours of admissions
• Conducts follow-up phone calls to the facility’s hospitalized residents and discharged residents/resident family members to obtain updates, feedback and complete a discharge s survey when needed

Director of Customer Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience in long-term care, Skilled Nursing Facility or Senior Living Facility preferred
• Computer proficient- will be provided extra training on specific programs
• Effective and professional oral and written communication
• Compassionate and empathetic personality
• Highschool Degree required
• College or hospitality degree preferred
