Description:

Leads in the success of goals for climate smart initiatives for the dairy industry by tending to contractual obligations and requirements and ensuring that they are met. This role also ensures that partner agency contracts are in the best interest of the organization and that program funds are appropriately administered by following applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines. The director will also ensure financial and legal accountability of the initiatives and contracts.

Monday-Friday, 40+ hours, salaried/day shift. Remote in Wisconsin, hybrid in Wisconsin, or onsite in Green Bay, WI.

• Coordinates partner/supporter meetings for project development and updates.
• Leads project contracts and reviews allocation of funds.
• Assists in seeking partners and project establishment.
• Partners with grant accounting teams to manage and monitor budgets for projects and reporting.
• Oversees project management officers.

Experience Level:

• Bachelor in Sciences or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of grant management.
• Prior experience in federal grant management.
• Prior management experience required.
