To support the growth at Ecore, we've added a new position of Employee Experience Specialist, HR to our HR team. You will own projects and programs and ensure our employees get the answers and information they need to be successful. Our Employee Experience Specialist, HR will oversee the resolution of policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries, manage leave administration, and provide basic employee support escalating higher-level request to other HR team members as necessary.

Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601 with the option to be hybrid or 100% remote

What you'll be doing:
General HR Inquiries and Point of Contact
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all HR inquires and escalates requests to appropriate HR team member for response.
Onboarding Administration
  • Act as point person to new hires and managers from offer acceptance until their first day. Manage all pre-employment activities including pre-employment screens, electronic onboarding forms, and I-9 forms.
  • Identify areas for improvement to our systems, processes, and our new hire’s overall onboarding experience.
Benefit Administration
  • Respond to benefit inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
  • Verify and processes all benefit invoices, manages benefit billing and reconciliation for employees on leave of absence. Oversee Wellness program and COBRA administration with third party administrator.
  • Assist with open enrollment.
Leave Administration
  • Manage all leave of absence requests serving as main contact in the communication and administration claims, tracking and managing leaves.
  • Support the management of vendor relationships, including monitoring performance guarantees and other quality assurance metrics.
  • Stay current with applicable leave laws and regulatory changes in all states where we have employees and provide recommendations for policy and process modifications.
Unemployment Compensation Administration
  • Complete all Unemployment Compensation administration to include reconciliation of monthly charges.
What you'll bring to the table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplines, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources, Benefits or related fields preferred
  • Experience with HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce a plus) preferred
  • Written and verbal Spanish skills are preferred
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to all types of leaves of absence, including ADA, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation along with coordination with other State Paid Family/Medical leave offerings
