About the role:
As the Director of Enterprise Programs you will be responsible for managing complex, high-impact programs involving cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams across the business and IT. Will be accountable for program planning, governance, communication, budgeting, and delivery, as well as vendor management and other general departmental duties.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-year programs aimed at improving TQL’s systems and processes
- Program execution through management of consolidated delivery schedule, budget/forecast, risks, decision escalations, dependencies, service partner relationships, contracts, policy & regulatory compliance, communication & reporting, and change management
- Ensure program objectives are clearly defined and driven by measurable business outcomes, and aligned with the overall vision, goals, and objectives of the organization
- Provide an independent voice to guide program strategy and act as an integrator of cross-functional input to drive optimal decisions
- Facilitate effective decisions by ensuring integration of cross-functional input and robust analysis of scenarios
- Communicate clearly, accurately, and concisely to all program stakeholders in a timely manner
- Provide visibility and controls over programs to ensure work is mapped, scoped, sequenced, and executed effectively between all business units and stakeholder groups
- Create program structure and determine resourcing needs to ensure all workstreams are adequately staffed
- Facilitate/delegate work among other Program Managers and Project Coordinators that may be assigned to program
- Maintain appropriate alignment with other active programs and initiatives across TQL Technology and the company at large
- Focus on employee efficiencies, improved systems reliability, and customer satisfaction
What you need:
- 7+ years’ experience managing complex, technical programs
- Experience working in a product-led, Agile organization
- Deep knowledge of complex, enterprise-wide IT programs and projects
- Experience in an organization known for delivering industry-leading technologies
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, sales organization with ever-changing business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in technology required, advanced degree preferred
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top IT talent
- Excellent leadership skills and a passion for creating an environment of highly engaged employees that achieve extraordinary results
- Highly competitive and self-motivated with a passion for technology
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to express highly technical concepts to non-technical business partners
