Overview:Greater Nevada Credit Union is looking for a Director of Facilities with a passion for Helping More People Live Greater.

The Director of Facilities delivers an exceptional experience for each Greater Nevadan through the planning, organizing, budgeting, and coordinating of facility maintenance, cleaning, repair, and safety services throughout the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

Support the C.A.R.E. experience through the delivery of services, comforts, and processes for Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU) and its controlled CUSOs.

  • Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of systems and procedures to deliver safe and secure work environments.
  • Liaise with other leaders to address needs and seek out solutions, either internal or external 3rd party, that can be leveraged to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure the Facilities organization meets the requirements of established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Select Facilities partners, and manage those relationships to achieve business objectives.

  • Located in an idyllic small community in beautiful Northern Nevada
  • You must be willing and able to travel to locales other than the normal location for the position, including overnight trips as appropriate for your job responsibilities.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Compensation

$105,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Competitive compensation and Greater Benefits are part of our deal.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of the following areas: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, landscape, and energy management.
  • Deep understanding of federal, state and local laws and regulations that affect fleet vehicles, maintenance, safety, and hazardous materials handling.
  • Familiarity with operating a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Experience with evaluating and selecting 3rd party Facilities partners and their performance.

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, mouse, multiple monitors, telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
