Concierge Care Staffing is a Florida wide healthcare staffing company. We are looking to hire only the very best, experienced healthcare staffing sales professionals to join our dynamic team.
Pay starts at $65,000 - $80,000 base with a great commission package! High Income Potential
We have offices throughout the state but are looking for this person to work out of our Delray Beach, FL office calling on healthcare facilities across the state from the office.
We offer a competitive base salary plus a monthly incentive bonus plan!
Job Responsibilities include:
- Ability to develop and support referral source relationships.
- Strong time management skills
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory and contact database.
- Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Ability to execute presentations to healthcare directors and healthcare professionals with confidence.
- Exceptional and consistent customer service skills.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Conduct sales calls to area Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with team members on the development of new target markets.
- Use Innovative approaches to build and maintain staffing openings.
- Maintain positive relationships with referral sources.
- Perform community outreach activities including presentations, exhibits, and one-on-one contact with community groups, and coordinate special events.
- Communicate daily with the clinical operations staff to foster good communication and a teamwork-oriented environment
Job Requirements:
- I deal candidate would have established contacts or strong sales background.
- Must be customer-focused, persistent, and confident, demonstrating our services to healthcare professionals
- Minimum three-five years of experience in sales
- Valid state driver's license.
