Director of Innovation and Foresight
Description
We are looking for a dynamic, talented Director of Innovation and Foresight to join our team specializing in Information Technology for our Corporate organization. This role is designated hybrid and allows you to work from your home office; the role requires less than 10% of travel.
In this role, the Director of Innovation and Foresight will make an impact in the following ways:
- Form and lead the Innovation enablement, trend scouting and foresight practice globally.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize emerging technologies and business trends that could benefit the company.
- Lead efforts to update and maintain the trend radar.
- Partner across the enterprise to assess, evaluate and enable innovative ideas.
- Develop partnerships with key technology partners and suppliers that could provide the solutions to enable the innovative ideas.
- Establish metrics to measure the success of the practice.
- Lead efforts to communicate and discuss how key business and technology trends applies to the company.
- Participate as a part of the senior level Enterprise Architecture leadership team.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.
Experience
Significant relevant experience required. 7-10 years of experience.
- Experience as an Enterprise Architect and/or Innovation Leader focusing on Trend Scouting or Innovation Enablement.
- Strong interest in researching technology and business trends.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Possesses learn agility and curiosity.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with the stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
