Director of Integrated Media (DIRIM) –
Hybrid - Corporate/Remote – FL Based Candidates
What this role is…
As the Director of Integrated Media, the primary function of this position is to plan paid media for the Marketing and Advertising department to drive sales revenue and brand recognition. This position is responsible for maintaining the advertising budget and ensuring budget compliance. The Director of Integrated Media will also evaluate various media channels, assist with market research, and make strategic decisions in order to maximize the impact of CITY Furniture and Ashley HomeStore advertising campaigns. Your contributions will ensure CITY Furniture remains on the cutting edge of Marketing Department.
This position is required to work a flexible 50-hour work week, Monday through Friday, virtually and in a corporate environment. Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends may be requested to cover special projects or events. The position requires prolonged sitting and limited light lifting upon request. Minimal travel may be required to different showrooms in Florida and/or our corporate office.
What you’ll do…
As a Director of Integrated Media, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Media Planning (Traditional and Digital) - Identifies which media channels will best reach our target audience for given campaigns to ensure maximum exposure. Evaluates and analyzes KPIs in order to create media campaigns that meet marketing objectives. Plans paid media for the Marketing and Advertising department to drive sales revenue and brand recognition.
Maintain Marketing Budget - Maintains advertising budget & tracks expenditures to ensure budget compliance. Creates post-campaign analyses for City Furniture and Ashley Furniture HomeStore promotions.
Market Research – Researches new markets for new store openings, evaluates various media channels, and keeps up to date with current market demographics and psychographics. Identifies target audiences and analyzes their characteristics, behavior, and media habits.

Job Requirements
What we are looking for...
Education – Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or a related field is preferred.
Work Experience – Minimum five (5) + years of experience in advertising, media, or related industry.
Computer Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list of computer programs and software applications that are required for this position:

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Google Suite (Google drive, Google Calendar, Google Sites, Google Groups, etc.)

Certification or Licensure Requirements - Valid Driver’s License is required to travel to corporate office and showrooms.
