As the Director of Maintenance you will manage a two person department .
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the interior and exterior maintenance of the building which consists of the main building and grounds.
- Manage departmental tasks .
- Must be able to respond to facility off hours if needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Some Experience in building maintenance
