What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at Envive Healthcare?

  • Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion.
  • Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
  • Consistently promoting interactions and activity reflecting the Mission and Values of the organization while consistently demonstrating and ensuring person centered customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with the Interdisciplinary team while facilitating the referral process.
  • Ensure the admission process is efficient, timely, and seamless.
  • Promote and develop business with potential referral soures such hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, independent livings, physician offices, and community organizations.
  • Develop and maintain the Admissions Budget to ensure financial stability.
  • Actively participate in assigned committee meetings and carry out functions as designated.
  • Conduct facility tours to close the sale.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a welcome procedure which will involve the support of other staff as well as include Welcome Packets for all admissions

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Productive and effective multi-tasking in fast pace environments
  • Must be knowledgeable of Medicare and Medicaid process
  • Must be knowledgeable in current PC applications and use computer proficiently.
  • Strong aptitude for written and verbal correspondence
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required preferably in marketing/sales or communications.
  • LPN or clinical background to interpret clinical documentation preferred but not required.
  • Two to Four years related experience in related field and one year in health care setting preferred.
  • On-the-job training provided
