We are looking for a dedicated, excited and experienced full time Director of Nursing to join our Skilled Nursing team in Hellertown, PA.

Essential Functions of the Job Include:

• Oversee all nursing operations
• Provide leadership and support to the nursing team and interdisciplinary team as it relates to delivery of care
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing team; provide supervision to the nursing staff
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to establish and achieve goals
• Maintain standards of practice that meet state and federal regulations
• Control budgets and monitor expenditures
• Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
• Organize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care procedures
• Develop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high quality standards
• Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed
• Collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations

Pay based on experience

Qualifications for the Position Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred
• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania is required
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 - 2 years minimum of supervisory experience in long-term care or related field
