DATTCO is searching for a transportation professional to lead, direct, provide support and guidance to a school bus operations team. This position ensures safe, efficient and reliable passenger transportation, with an emphasis on manager development, customer relationships and financial responsibility.

• Oversight of recruitment, training and retention to optimize staffing
• Oversight of daily and weekly scheduling of staff
• Financial management

Minimum Requirements:

• 10 years management/transportation experience
• Analytical skills
• Able to problem solve in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally with people of all levels
• Experience with working with unions
• Able to multi-task
• Excellent Microsoft Windows computer skills

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
