JOB SUMMARY:

As Alogent’s Director of Digital Banking product management, you will steer Alogent’s overall product vision, strategy and roadmap for our mobile and online banking products. You will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer on the product life-cycle to develop and execute the strategic plan overall and focus on tactical deployment activities. You will be customer-focused and bridge the key elements of customer needs with technological innovation to create the ultimate digital banking solution and a long-term roadmap. You will work across departments to understand our business objectives and opportunities. You will also create business requirements, communicate and prioritize a roadmap, and,work with our amazing teams to deliver solutions. In this role, you will provide guidance and direction to the team that you lead.

This position can be either hybrid working from our Peachtree Corners, GA headquarters or remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages product features and strategy while working across other product teams as needed
• Successfully manages all relevant product planning and backlog activities
• Leads and manages the product management team
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and understands the potential impact to the product
• Presents product direction and features to clients and prospects
• Works closely with the Development team to ensure they understand all aspects of a problem
• Ensures all relevant stakeholders understand the technical behavior of the application
• Validates and prioritizes requirements including defining benefits and impacts of releases across the organization for clients. Sets and achieves transactions, quality, and revenue goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management
• Shown success in effectively managing products through key stages of the lifecycle
• Good interpersonal skills. Strong communication and presentation skills to interact at all levels of the clients.
• Solid thought leadership and ability to influence others through collaborative efforts
• Demonstrated experience in executing product vision and maintain product effectiveness
• Minimum of 3 years in extensive product knowledge in the digital banking space, specifically experience with a mobile and online banking solutions provider
• Demonstrated experience in leading a cross functional team with direct reports

PREFERRED:

• Experience leading development teams and/or Financial Services experience
• Experience with developing, deploying, or managing a SAAS based product
• Can create roadmaps for new product lines that relate to overall corporate strategy
• Experience with banking and credit union industry is a strong plus
• Experience writing highly effective user stories that are actionable by development teams
• Experience documenting and running high volume complex projects
• Good working knowledge of SCRUM software development methodologies such as Agile
• Good understanding of Product related tools and technologies
