Essential Functions:
- Work closely with management staff to monitor the overall performance of the team, including, but not limited to, employee staffing, attendance, production, and quality.
- Analyze company performance against goals for all departments and help improve results that exceed our clients expectations.
- Continually monitors KPIs such as but not limited to:

- Monthly collections
- Monthly client volume
- Cash per case against industry averages
- TAT for all production departments (Coding, Charge Posting, Claims, Payment Posting, Accounts Receivable & Patient Accounts)
- Production goals vs production for all departments
- Days to Bill
- Aging %s over 90 across all clients

- Provide or coordinate departmental trainings and education for production staff.
- Will become an expert level user in National Medicals proprietary business intelligence and workflow tool to be able to monitor all production for all assigned departments. Will be responsible for communicating issues identified to department heads and ensuring that all workflow issues are addressed and resolved.
Education and Experience:
- Five years or more of experience as a successful Revenue Cycle Manager.
- Strong analytic skills and proven success leading process improvement initiatives and project management
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, Liability, and Workers Compensation requirements and procedures and diagnosis and medical terminology.
- Intermediate level of expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with HIPAA, HITECH and patient confidentiality policies.
- Advanced knowledge of the revenue cycle is required, experience with ASC billing preferred.
- Experience with outsourcing services is preferred.
