What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Direct and manage the sales & operations teams for LTL solutions
• Manage & develop relationships with new strategic accounts to win & grow LTL business across the RXO network
• Diversify and grow the revenue base and ensure viable options are in place for the long term
• Establish and ensure operational implementation and compliance with processes and procedures for handling the freight product
• Maintain strategic relationships with appropriate vendors, including pricing and service standards; coordinate with the vendor base to ensure strategic compliance with RXO goals and objectives
• Assist Sales in developing new customers in the market and onboarding those customers to operations

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 7 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
• 5 years of LTL sales or operations experience
• Success in growing LTL services with manufacturers in the industrial, automotive, technology, chemical and consumer packaged goods industries in the U.S.
• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
