Director Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management
Job description
The Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management (OECM) is responsible for ensuring change management rigor is in place to ensure successful project implementations and completions. The Director will be extensively involved in the planning of enterprise-wide project initiatives, specifically in the development of a tailored change management strategy and implementation plan focused on readiness, communications governance & adoption. This includes collaborating to establish the company’s change management methodology and partnering to build the tools and education to support it.
This role will act as a senior change consultant and expert, collaborating with senior business leaders to identify organizational strategic capability needs and establish comprehensive action plans to address gaps and enable successful execution of the business strategy. The Director, OECM will lead or participate in a wide variety of organization interventions from large system-wide change interventions through small (in size) projects including talent reviews, executive and team development and planning, forecasting /managing the overall learning consumption budget as it relates to equipping BBW talent with the skills needed to effectively manage change. The Director will design and maintain the systems and processes for job creation, job evaluation, organizational structure design and organizational change rules.

- 10-12 years professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience; or the equivalent in job-relevant work experience; Minimum 5 years of organizational effectiveness/development experience required.
- Proven experience in organizational development/effectiveness, including diagnoses, solution design, and execution
- Experience consulting to senior leaders on organizational development issues
- Experience creating and executing large-scale interventions and change programs that systematically drive change and deliver measurable results
- Demonstrated track record of performance both as a player and a coach while leading a team of organization effectiveness consultants
- Ability to develop credibility and rapport with senior executives
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methods and tools, process improvement/redesign, organizational design, and learning & development.
- Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, strategic, and analytical skills
- A positive attitude and a team player with a desire to impact change
- Advanced skills for partnership and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Functional Leadership
- Analytical and process orientation for reviewing processes and strategies to ensure successful alignment or opportunities for improvement
Education
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in Organization Development, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Preferred 2+ years of Experience and CCMP, Prosci, CMI or equivalent certification
