The PM Contracts team is responsible for managing Publicis’ contractual relationships with its top publishers, media companies and TV networks across all digital media (e.g. direct IO, programmatic, etc.). The terms & conditions that the PM Contracts team negotiates on behalf of PMX are leveraged by all Publicis media agencies in the US.
The Director will lead the negotiations with our partners and manage all components of the contract life cycle for those Publicis-level/Groupe-wide terms that are negotiated by this team. This individual will also act as a liaison to senior executives at PM agencies and centralized PM practices (e.g. Partnerships, Standards, etc.) and play a critical role in helping internal teams understand and operationalize our contractual obligations.
The Director should have experience reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions with publishers and must possess an innate inner drive to contribute both individually and collaborating with an extensive list of various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead terms & conditions negotiations with Publicis’ top publishers, media companies and TV networks
- Review Publicis Media’s addendum to IAB T&Cs to ensure terms align with Publicis & industry standards
- Help manage terms-related requests internally with Publicis agencies & centralized PM practices as well as externally with PM partners
- Ensure our internal processes for managing contract-related requests satisfies the needs of the Publicis agencies and centralized PM practices we support
- Collaborate with and act as a helpful resource for Publicis agencies and centralized PM practices on contractual matters and audits escalated to the PM Contracts Team
- At least 6-8 years’ experience in contract administration/management
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and strong follow through
- Eagerness and ability to learn and retain new substantive matters quickly
- Ability to juggle a high-volume workflow and adapt to shifting priorities
- Self-motivated problem solver; comfortable wearing different hats
- Strong interpersonal capabilities, ability to develop strong trust-based relationships with internal and external teams.
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience at a digital advertising agency
- Experience negotiating T&Cs with third party vendors

Compensation Range: $115,000 - $152,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
