Looking for a team member to work 6pm - 10pm, Tuesday - Saturday. Some shift adjustments are welcome, especially to accommodate for full-time hours if desired. Dishwashing is a self-sufficient role, in charge of keeping up with dishes and maintaining a clean and safe environment. We have an automatic dishwasher as well as dish sinks to wash by hand.

Job Description:

Our Chick-fil-A restaurant is growing and we’re looking for self-motivated, part-time team members to provide an essential service for the whole team and remarkable experience for our guests. You will provide this experience by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness at our dish station.

We provide all training you need to get started. Among other things, you will focus on top-quality cleanliness at our dish station, both using a powerful dishwasher and by washing by hand. You may also be responsible for cleaning the dishwasher and/or performing some other small cleaning tasks when there is not as many dishes to clean, such as sweeping, mopping, and/or running out trash.

Job duties may require you to perform physically demanding tasks including, but not limited to: lifting 30 - 50 lbs., lifting above the head, repetitive motion, standing for extended periods of time, and working outside for several hours a shift. Salary: $15.50/hour part-time, $17/hour full-time (not opening or closing), $18/hour full-time closing premium

Chick-fil-A Hillsboro is a multi-unit organization (Chick-fil-A Tanasbourne and Chick-fil-A Tualatin Valley Hwy and 67th Ave locations) owned and operated by Brian Hogan. Growing up, Brian lived in the Willow Creek neighborhood in Hillsboro before moving away at a young age. When he was 16, he started working at a Chick-fil-A in North Carolina. Brian loved serving people at Chick-fil-A, so when he decided he wanted to own a business, he worked to become an Operator. This led him back to Hillsboro, where he now lives with his wife, Jaclyn, and their three daughters.
Brian's mission is to show a spirit of Care to each and every person who joins his team or experiences Chick-fil-A at his restaurants through his passion for people, love for everyone, helping his team grow personally and professionally, and making good-quality chicken!
The Tanasbourne location opened March 2016, and the TV Hwy location opened April 2022. -
