Job description

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes putting dishes away, and occasionally bussing and cleaning tables as available. Must be available to work weekend (Friday - Sunday) shifts and occasional work during rush periods (late morning to early afternoon) mid-week. Dishwashers who perform well are eligible and encouraged to move to other areas of the restaurant (kitchen or front of house) if desired. We operate in a fun and fast paced environment. Compensation: Starting at $14/hour, increasing to ~$25 per hour with daily tip share included after 40 hours of work. This position is not eligible for raises but is eligible for promotion to other staff positions. Full time employees receive complimentary ski passes at Winter Park Resort. All employees receive employee discounts at Goodys. We provide a 3% matching retirement plan after 2 years of employment.

What we're looking for: We are seeking kind, fun-loving, hard-working individuals with a desire to have fun while working and to help our customers have fun during their visit. No experience necessary- but past experience in restaurants is a plus.

Please Note: Housing is not provided through our company. New hires will need to find their own housing arrangements in Winter Park/Fraser/Granby (we will of course do anything we can to help new hires find housing).

Currently hiring: We are currently hiring for part and full time positions. Winter season begins shortly before Thanksgiving and lasts until late April, while summer season begins in mid June and runs through the beginning of October. Great employees are encouraged to continue working with us for multiple seasons!
