Job description

We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our restaurant. Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and organizing and stacking washed items appropriately. Note that this role requires working in shifts and, occasionally, during evenings or weekends. Ultimately, you’ll help provide an unforgettable dining experience for our members.

Responsibilities:

• Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Uses proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a Chef, Sous Chef or Food and Beverage Manager at any time.

Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of the English language.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers.
• Work experience as a Dishwasher is a bonus, but not required.
• This position will spend 100% of the time standing.
• Be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
