Job Title: Rental Dispatcher
Department: Rental
Reports to: Sales Manager

Summary
The Rental Dispatcher directs the rental department operations. Ensures increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving efficiency of manpower, materials and machines.
Essential Functions:
- Take rental calls and assist walk-in customer
- Ensure proper rental paperwork is filled out and signed by the customer before equipment has left the yard.
- Weekly invoicing for rentals and damages
- Track fuel sales and damage billing
- Assist with equipment coordination
- Arrange and track shipping of equipment
- Process DMV paperwork for rental fleet
- Assist with inventory management for attachments
- Create equipment reports on regular intervals
- Code invoices pertaining to freight for rental equipment for inter-branch transfers and cost of rent only.
- Work with salesman on: Equipment availability, Freight quotes, and Shipping to customers
- Assist with completing year-end inventory count
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma with seven years’ management experience. OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with three years’ management experience.
Job Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturday
