We are seeking a full-time dispatcher who is motivated, energetic and can accurately solve customers' problems while utilizing company policies. This position requires effective time management, strong communication skills, the ability to deal with multiple customer issues simultaneously and manage our dispatch board efficiently. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in dispatching, enjoy helping customers and technicians, handle stress in a calm manner, be committed to their work, and is a team player who will work as an active member of our team. We are willing to train the right person for the position (pay would be less per hour).

Responsibilities:*

• Manage all appointments and our dispatch board
• Regular communication throughout the day with our technicians
• Extremely organized and thorough
• Adhere to company rules and regulations
• Listen to and resolve customer issues
• Know the importance of solving customer problems
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with other office staff

Helpful Skills to Have:*

• Experienced with CRM software, Service Titan
• Flat Rate experience
• Heating, AC, or Plumbing background
