Job description

This position requires attention to detail and a friendly attitude with the ability to work well with others. Will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Must have the ability to work in a small but fast paced environment and be detail oriented and organized.
• Print & prepare delivery tickets for drivers daily- legible hand printing is a must.
• Answer phones as needed, take orders for fuel deliveries or messages as necessary
• Posting daily ticket deliveries to customer accounts in a computerized database.
• Ability to use a 10-key calculator for adding deliveries accurately.
• Dispatch call-in fuel requests to delivery drivers.
• Assist with coordinating repairs for service vehicles/delivery trucks. Coordinate towing as needed. Occasionally pick up drivers for ride back to shop when truck is dropped off for repairs.
• Support other team members with tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Computer skills for data entry. We operate within a fuel based computerized program and we will train you for this to print & post tickets daily as well as receive credit card payments within a computer based credit card payment program. Must have legible hand printing for pricing of daily delivery tickets.

Excellent phone manner & ability to interact with customers, co-workers/delivery drivers.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
