On Time Staffing is seeking distribution customer service reps for our warehouse in Chino, CA!

Starting pay rate: $18.50-$19.50

• 3pm-11:30pm M-F
• 11pm-7:30am M-F

Job Description: The Customer Service Representative carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and receipts and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include answering/routing telephone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed by Customer Service Supervisor or Office Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responding to all customer inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and effective manner
• Processes and inputs all customer orders
• Produces stock reports to check for product availability

Job Requirements:

• Must have 6+ months of Customer Service experience
• Must provide resume
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office
• Must have RF Scanner experience
• Must have other basic computer skills
• Must pass computer and math assessment test
