ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises and provides daily feedback to sales reps on work productivity, selling techniques, customer relations and company procedures through daily reviews.
- Assures that all procedures regarding product rotation, inventory levels, POS, pricing, full line selling, and competitive activity are followed in each assigned account.
- Maintains a complete and consistent assigned account call list and relates any modifications to their manager on a timely basis.
- Assists sales personnel in always maintaining superior service to all assigned accounts. This includes taking prompt action on all call-ins and trouble calls and assisting in the delivery of product as needed.
- Resolves all customer issues in assigned area and makes customer calls based on assigned frequency.
- Executes monthly, weekly, and daily sales, merchandising and advertising plans and programs.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all aspects of merchandising and assists employees in hanging, cleaning, and repairing signs, obtaining improved category positions, and insuring those accounts comply with Company standards.
Responsible for new-account set-ups and initial orders in assigned territory.
- Systematically check accounts for proper and complete rotation, inventory levels and merchandising. Necessary corrections should be made immediately, and Advance Sales Representative and the Red Bull Sales Manager should be notified of all discrepancies and recommendations for upgrading either employee or account performance.
- Prepares daily sales planning sheet, recaps prior day and MTD status and any other reports that are assigned.
- Ensures all product and cash shortages are properly processed daily.
- Attends all scheduled meeting with sales staff to communicate product information, reviews progress to plan and to receive input from subordinates.
- Directs sales training and employee development of all sales representatives and service personnel in assigned area.
- Assists in setting up special events and provides management support for on-premise promotional activities.
- Assures Red Bull and Admiral Beverage, Quality Standards and Procedures are strictly followed.
- Performs such other duties as deemed necessary by the Red Bull Sales Manager.
- Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
