What we're looking for: Division Manager-at our Bakersfield Campus.

Summary: Division Managers apply their expertise and knowledge of the program major(s) under their supervision in three general areas: faculty qualifications, curriculum content and outcome assessment. Division Managers participate in college governance, committees and task forces and serve as liaisons among Deans. Division Managers may have teaching assignments on an ongoing or intermittent basis.

What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $64,480-$67,000 per year. Education and/or Experience - Must possess a minimum of a Baccalaureate degree with a Master's degree preferred in education or a related field. Required degree(s) must be from institutions accredited by recognized U.S. accrediting agencies. Degrees from non-U.S. institutions are recognized only if equivalence has been established and provided. Must possess a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
