Job description
Looking for a detail oriented and highly motivated team player to join a Medical Supply Company in Littleton. Computer skills and the ability to multi-task are required. We are looking for a friendly, reliable employee with excellent customer service and phone skills who is willing to learn. We are a fast-paced, hard-working office that demands great customer service!
We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has great organizational/follow-up skills, very self-directed and has an excellent understanding of providing outstanding customer service to our clients. This a great way to break into the medical supply business. We will train all areas of the business as you learn.
Will be submitting paperwork to receive authorizations for our clients. Using web portals to send paperwork, checking web portal for authorizations. Calling Client to notify them of the status of authorizations. Creating tickets to be delivered for the authorized items.
We need someone with a very "pro-active" attitude and a 'problem solving" personality.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Submitting paperwork for authorizations
Answering phones
Data Entry
Calling Clients with Updates
Sending and Responding to Emails / Faxing
Preferred Requirements:
Quickbooks
Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid (will train)
Familiar with Medical Terminology (will train)
Email / Internet
Fax Machine / Copier
Answering Multi Line Phones (6-lines)
THIS IS A FULL-TIME PERMANENT POSITION THAT WE NEED TO FILL ASAP!!
$1000 Signing bonus after 90 days of employement.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
