Job description
The post holder will have responsibility for contributing to the development of the PCAT.Primarily responsible for chairing team meetings; liaising with clients, AOs, or CHN staff; drafting/submitting AON summary reports where applicable; arranging consent; delegating intake interviews; monitoring and auditing activity; reporting on activity to the management team; arranging feedback meetings; and dealing with complaints.
The SSWP/coordinator may delegate some functions to admin support, where appropriate.
The SSWP/coordinator will prioritise children who are due to age out of the service as required.
The purpose of the PCAT is to provide tiered autism diagnostic assessments for children who are deemed suitable for Primary Care under the National Access Policy (NAP).
