Modern upscale pet grooming boutique that has revolutionized grooming as you know it! We are looking to add a bather to our team.

We are true animal lovers that work collaboratively and promote a culture of innovation, open dialogue and teamwork. Our boutique is open and bright with high end and modern equipment that offers the best support for taking care of our furry friends. We are a no kennel experience, unless a dog needs to be kept separate due to temperament, vaccine status or preference.

Our bathers perform the services requested by the customer. They also assist and instruct customers with self-bathing.

Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Bathing
• Drying
• Brush out
• Flea and Deshed treatments
• Clipping/filing nails
• Gland expression
• Ear cleaning/ear hair removal as needed
• Clean throughout day and end of shift

Requirements:

• Must LOVE dogs and be knowledgeable and comfortable working with and handling all breeds, sizes and temperaments
• Must work well individually and in a team environment
• Ability to perform in a high-energy, fast paced environment
• Ability to multi task and manage time without supervision
• Professional and neat appearance in compliance with dress code
• Comfortable working in a loud environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts as well as lift up to 50 lbs
• Available to work at least two Saturdays a month. Our hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Type:

• W2, Hourly pay + Tips
• Part-time or Full-time available. We can customize the hours/schedule for the right candidate. Full-time employees do receive an allotment of PTO days.
