Job description

Dog Handlers at this busy daycare and boarding facility must be energetic and love dogs. Experience, as well as knowledge of dog behavior is a plus. The position also requires excellent human interaction skills as you will be conversing with owners, veterinarians, teammates, etc. Must be able to manage the stress of an often raucous work environment and manage a wide variety of dog-personalities. Handlers are also responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the facility, as well as meal preparation, medication administration, cuddling with dogs, speaking to humans, playing with dogs, using a computer, and petting dogs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

• Evening shift
